EUP proposes using a very versatile technology—interactive Web sites—as
its entry point for communicating with the public. The Web provides a
rich environment for learners to explore concepts—using animations,
video, interviews, graphics, and text—at their own pace and level
of interest. The flexibility of the Web enables us to test different forms
of presentation, and to use the viewers of the site to provide feedback
